The handling fee is determined based on the actual weight of the package.
DHL shipping charges are determined by the volumetric and actual weight of the package.
* Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000
The heavier between the volumetric weight and the actual weight (kg) is applied as the weight when calculating the shipping fee, and the price in the table below is determined based on this weight.
The lesser of the declared value of the contents or the amount calculated from 22 SDR (*) per kg will be the amount of free insurance coverage for damages.
Please note that in the unlikely event that your luggage is lost or damaged, the actual compensation amount will be based on an investigation conducted by the local DHL.
