It is about the Specified Japanese Commercial Transaction Law for overseas forwarding service by "tenso.com".

Based on the "Law concerning Specified Commercial Transactions" (former Mail Order Sales Law), Mail order (advertisement on mail order) article 11, we are stating the below information.

The Specified Commercial Transaction Law of Japan applies only to domestic dealings with those residing in Japan.
Please note that there may be a difference in the following items in dealings where we send items to foreign residents.

Service Charges & Fees
  • As soon as we open the package and weigh your item at our warehouse, we will notify you of its arrival via email and on your "My page".
  • We will accept domestic shipping only when the item arrived at warehouse is prohibited, or overseas shipment is found to be difficult due to the customer's condition.
  • In this case, we will inform you of the fee for shipping your package to your designated address in Japan.
  • The fee is calculated based on the package weight and dimensions as measured in our warehouse.
Regarding Delivery

The package will be shipped within 5 business days after the payment is settled.
Shipping Restrictions

We can ship packages to Japan domestic, but for package returning, customer must get a permission of returning from the seller by themselves before we ship out the package.
About Returns / Refund
  • We do not accept cancellation after sending out a package.
  • According to our Terms of Service, we will discard the package that we have received if it becomes unnecessary to the customer.
  • Regarding returning purchased items, please contact the seller directly, and proceed accordingly.
  • The customer should bear all the costs below.

    - When the package is returned to our warehouse due to addressee's absence in a certain period: usage fee for re-sending the package

    - When the package is returned to our warehouse because the addressee refused to accept it: usage fee for re-sending the package
Defect Liability

As stipulated in Subarticle 9.2 of “Terms of Service”, the Company is not responsible whatsoever for inquiries regarding the description of received products etc., claims, defect liability, or other demands etc.
