From May 9, 2018 (Wed), use of Rakuten coupon by Rakuten x tenso.com international shipping fee discount will change.

Rakuten coupons are only eligible to be used with items purchased via Rakuten during the campaign period.
Rakuten icon will be displayed on the information shown in the package list page only when the package is eligible for coupon use.

The Rakuten icon will be displayed for packages purchased via Rakuten during the campaign period.
Eligible packages get Rakuten icon determing by tenso.com.
Please contact us if a package does not have the Rakuten icon even it is purchased via Rakuten during the campaign period.
Rakuten coupon can be used for a consolidated package only when all the packages in it are purchased via Rakuten during the campaign period.
Alert notifies if you apply for consolidation on a package from Rakuten and one from another shopping site which disables the coupon use.
Cancellation of consolidation service is not acceptable.
If total price gets less than required value for the campaign by order cancellation, it would be ineligible for coupon.
Coupons would get deducted if cancellation was made after issuance of coupons.
Please note that some orders may be cancelled by store's matter.
